If you have been allocated a room at Plas Dinam, we kindly ask for a contribution of £150 per person. This includes accommodation on both Friday and Saturday nights, as well as your food throughout the weekend.

Check in from 5pm on Friday 2nd April. Check out is 3pm on Sunday 4th April.

Payment details will be shared once we receive your RSVP, and we kindly ask that payment is made by 1 October 2026.

If you've been allocated a room but would prefer to stay elsewhere (we promise we won't be offended!), please let us know when you RSVP so we can offer the room to another guest.
